HOW DO WE ASSESS PLAYERS FOR TRIAL OPPORTUNITIES?
the 8 step process that we follow
1. Talent Discovery: We search for the best-unsigned football talent from around the world, focusing on players with the potential, level and credentials to connect with a high-level playing opportunity here in Spain.
2. Player Evaluation: We thoroughly prepare and review each player’s club history, highlight reels, game film, and other relevant information to ensure they meet the standards required by our partner clubs.
3. Network Distribution: Once the player’s profile is ready, we share it with our extensive network of clubs and contacts here in Spain, targeting opportunities that match their level and playing style.
4. Feedback and Interest: We gather feedback and assess interest from our club partners, identifying realistic opportunities for the player to trial.
5. Communication of Opportunities: We communicate any trial or opportunity directly with the player and their family, providing full transparency about what to expect.
6. Logistics Management: Our team handles all logistics, including trial dates, duration, accommodation, and other essential details, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
7. Arrival in Spain: When the player arrives in Spain, we personally welcome them and ensure they feel supported as they prepare for their trial.
8. Guidance and Mentorship: Based on the outcome of the trial, we provide personalized guidance and mentorship to help the player navigate the next steps in Spain, leveraging our expertise to support their long-term development and success.

Our trials service is designed to connect aspiring footballers with genuine opportunities within the Spanish football system. While we cannot guarantee that a player will be signed at the end of the trial, what sets us apart is our ability to open doors and provide access to clubs with a forward-thinking, progressive approach. This means that if you are invited to trial, the focus shifts entirely to your performance on the pitch. Our experienced team handles all the logistics, from arranging trial schedules and accommodations to ensuring clear communication about every detail of the process. Before making any commitments, we will provide you with all the necessary information, so you can decide with confidence.
Our service is exclusive and not open to everyone; we work only with players who meet the necessary level, background, and criteria specified by our partnering clubs. To be considered, players must present a comprehensive playing history, a professional highlight reel, and at least two full-match recordings. This ensures that we can assess your suitability for the opportunities available and maintain our reputation for providing clubs with players who meet their standards. It is important to clarify that we are not agents and do not claim to be.

Spain is renowned as a global leader in women’s football and our premium trials service is designed to take full advantage of the progressive football system in connecting talented female players with genuine opportunities. Our large professional network consists of coaches, scouts and directors at a number of clubs throughout the Spanish pyramid providing access to a wide range of playing opportunities.
By offering this service, we aim to empower female footballers to thrive in one of the world’s most exciting environments for the women’s game and although we cannot guarantee a signing, we open doors to real pathways, working exclusively with players who meet the level and criteria required by partnering clubs.

Why attend one of our events?
There are a number of different reasons why you should consider attending one of our events but ultimately it comes down to having the unique opportunity to showcase your talent in front of a large number of professional scouts and coaches from all over Spain. With all of our staff having coached or worked at the professional level, we specialize in creating a competitive and professional environment that is ideal for players to stand out and increase their chances of accessing high-level playing opportunities.
What are the opportunities that can come from a trial event?
At each showcase event we offer the opportunity to be assessed and reviewed by a number of high-level professional teams and coaches however the opportunities that can present themselves do not stop there. We also also have designed a number of pathways and resources for those looking to take the next step in their footballing careers but are not yet ready to make that significant jump. These opportunities range from international residential academies, scholarships to high-level football education/partners and also access to additional resources such as: sports psychologists, sports performance coaches and professional mentors.
Which professional clubs and scouts will be attending the event?
Whilst the specific list varies depending on the event, we work with a large network of scouts and coaches from teams all over Spain, ranging from La Liga level clubs all the way through to international academies and semi professional teams. At each of our events all clubs/coaches/scouts in attendance will be fully disclosed and hand picked to provide the maximum level of transparency and exposure for the players.
Are there specific eligibility requirements or age limits for participants?
Each of our events differs in terms of the entry/eligibility requirements needed to be invited. In general our events are designed for players between the ages of 14 and 25 years old with age groups separated during the event itself. With that being said their will be certain trial/events in which we are looking for a specific age groups, aligned with the opportunities that can come from that particular event all of which will depending on the event. Whether you´re a grass routes player just looking for his chance, or a player with professional experience looking for his next challenge, one of our events will be a good fit for you.
