EVENT DESCRIPTION:
The week is carefully structured to balance assessment, development, and preparation. In the opening days, sessions are designed to evaluate each player’s technical ability, decision-making, and physical attributes, giving our staff a detailed understanding of their profile. As the week progresses, the focus shifts to establishing tactical habits and collective ideas, helping players understand positional responsibilities and team dynamics within a Spanish methodology. By the final stages, training is tailored to prepare players for the showcase matches, replicating the demands they will face against high-level opposition.

TECHNICAL
TRAINING
Throughout the week, players are immersed in an intensive technical program built on Spanish football methodology. Training sessions are designed not only to evaluate each individual’s technical ability under pressure, but also to provide players with the tools to excel within a collective framework.
SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY
Integrated throughout the week, the sports psychology sessions form a vital part of the showcase experience. Delivered in alignment with the Spanish methodology, these workshops provide players with the mental tools required to perform under pressure and maintain consistency at an elite level.

The week culminates with competitive showcase matches against high-level Spanish opposition, carefully selected to provide the perfect testing ground for our players. What are the opportunities that can come from a showcase event?
At each showcase event, players have the opportunity to be assessed and evaluated by high-level professional teams and coaches. However, the opportunities don’t end there. We’ve developed a variety of pathways and resources for those who are not yet ready to make the leap but are eager to take the next step in their football journey. These options include access to international residential academies, scholarships to top-tier football education programs, and partnerships with leading organizations. Additionally, we offer resources such as sports psychologists, performance coaches, and professional mentors to support players in reaching their full potential.
Which professional clubs and scouts will be attending the event?
Whilst the specific list varies depending on the event, we work with a large network of scouts and coaches from teams all over Spain, ranging from La Liga level clubs all the way through to international academies and semi professional teams. At each of our events all clubs/coaches/scouts in attendance will be fully disclosed and hand picked to provide the maximum level of transparency and exposure for the players.
What is the success rate of players being scouted or signed through your trials?
Each of our events has unique entry and eligibility requirements to ensure the best fit for participants. Generally, our trials are designed for players aged 14 to 25, with age groups separated during the event itself. However, certain events may target specific age groups based on the opportunities available at that particular trial. Whether you’re a grassroots player looking for your first big break or a seasoned professional seeking your next challenge, we have an event that’s right for you.
